At HoloChase, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here's what you need to know:

Shipping Rates
All orders — including individual singles and sealed product — are charged calculated shipping based on your location, package weight, and dimensions, plus a $1.50 handling fee. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Packaging
All cards are shipped with protective packaging — including penny sleeves, top loaders, card saver and bubble mailers for singles, and appropriately reinforced boxes for sealed product — to help ensure your items arrive in the condition they were sold.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows will be shown during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@holochasecards.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can assist you.
