Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and package size, so you'll see the exact price before you pay.

How quickly will my order go out?

Most orders leave within one to three business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your package is on its way.

How are cards packed for shipping?

Singles go into a penny sleeve and top loader, then a rigid mailer. Booster boxes and other sealed items are boxed with padding so corners and shrink wrap arrive intact.

Are the cards authentic?

Yes. We only list cards we've personally examined, and graded cards come from established grading companies. If you're ever unsure about a card, email us before you buy and we'll send extra photos.

What do the condition labels mean?

We use standard hobby terms — Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, and so on. Any noticeable flaw, like edge whitening or a surface scratch, is called out in the listing and shown in the photos.

What games do you carry?

Pokémon is our biggest category, from WOTC-era holos to current releases. We also stock One Piece, Topps sports cards, WWE, Yu-Gi-Oh, and Palworld, with more franchises added as inventory comes in.

What if there's a problem with my order?

Contact us at hello@holochasecards.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our full shipping and return details are linked in the footer of every page.
